Integrated Account Director – advertising agency role

Integrated Account Director to work within a newly established specialist team within a well known Advertising agency group.
The team are tight and dynamic working as the lynch-pin across a host of network agencies to deliver outstanding
multi-channel work for a key client.
They are looking for an energetic, resilient Account Director to come in and hit the ground running as a fundamental part of one of the most dynamic teams.
o Working into the Business Lead, your core responsibility will be across key ‘health and wellness’ projects within the team
o Working across all channels, need a solid AD with omni-channel experience as well as a sound understanding of the ATL process
o As part of the new team model the AD will work closely with the Business Lead driving best in class delivery across the full campaign ecosystem and all teams and client stakeholders involved
o The successful candidate will have the support of a Project Manager, an work alongside another AD / SAM
o In light of the new way of working and being at the centre of all work-streams, it’s imperative to be connected to the client at the right points, to get access to the information you need, anticipate any issues (and opportunities) that are ahead, and able to proactively manage and cascade them

o Through a connected offering of communications, experience, technology and commerce the team offer inimitable service and solutions to their client partners, and leverage the strengthened central resource & oversight to ensure excellence
Multi agency team based in Central London
o The client is a Consumer Health brand and you will be working across various over the counter health brands and a launch of a new brand – globally.
o The new way of working within the client group has given the central teams more control to drive quicker, better decisions
o Whilst the work they do is focused on Consumer Health, it’s important to be aware of Pharma & Vaccines and highlight opportunities where divisions can work together for greater good
o The work is with the Global Client Team, originating category defining work for a main design market cross channel and end to end (ATL, digital [incl. DCO & OLV], e-commerce, Expert, PR / Influencer, Shopper)
o There is an element of creative adaptation required for key markets, but this is done with creative and conceptual integrity, taking into account relevant social preference, diversity,and cultural referencing
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR:
o Resilient, understanding, proactive, diligent, calm under pressure, collaborative and an agile thinker
o A strong team player – able to build valued relationships quickly and honestly with clients and internal teams to become a trusted partner, and comfortable dealing with and motivating members of staff at all levels within the group
o Solid multi work stream and organisational skills required, combined with sound commercial understanding of the scope and wider business (regardless of the team structure, it’s the AD’s responsibility to ensure the team is delivering on track, and no detail is missed)
o Proactively identify new revenue streams through client growth opportunities
o Any experience in consumer healthcare / pharma would be an advantage, but not mandatory
